La Table de Rassemblage c’est : une table de noces sur un chantier apportant réconfort et
ombrage aux travailleurs.euses qui cuisent au soleil toute la journée. Une nappe qui absorbe
leurs festivités, qui archive les spectres de leurs conversations animées.
Un métier à tisser
qui ramène les fantômes des ouvrières qui ont bâti le quartier, qui met en scène leur labeur
manuel, leur présence discrète. Un outil pour libérer vos idées, les exploiter de façon
informelle, du dessin réflexif à l’écriture automatique.
Installation “The Assembly Table”:
an archive of shared moments.
The Assembly Table is: a wedding table on a building site bringing comfort and
shade to the workers who work under the heat of the sun all day. A sheet that absorbs
their festivities, which archives the spectres of their lively conversations.
A craft to weave
which brings back the ghosts of the workers who built the neighbourhood, which stages their manual work,
their discreet presence. A tool to free up your ideas, exploit them in an informal way,
from reflexive drawing to automatic writing.
